No Unauthorised Email Collection

We refuse the unauthorised collection of email addresses posted on this website by means of email collection programs or other technical devices. Please note that violations are subject to criminal penalties under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilisation and Information Protection.

Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilisation and Information Protection, Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorised Collection of Email Addresses) (1) No person shall collect email addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect email addresses from a website that has expressly refused such collection. (2) No person shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of paragraph (1). (3) No person shall use email addresses for transmitting information knowing that their collection, sale and distribution are prohibited under paragraphs (1) and (2).
