Item, quantity, carton dimensions or total volume, origin in China, and target arrival date. Those five are enough. If you do not have exact figures, a product page link or photos will do.

Yes. Each lot is received into our warehouse in China, then consolidated and shipped as one. Fewer cartons means less volume, which reduces freight cost.

We verify quantity and appearance at warehouse receipt and send photos. If anything differs from your order or is damaged, you hear before despatch and can take it up with the seller immediately.

No. We work with a partner customs broker to file the import declaration. You deal only with your coordinator here.

Tell us the item and its intended use and we will check in advance. Electrical goods, cosmetics, food and children’s products are often controlled, so it is safest to ask before ordering.

We establish the cause using the photos taken at receipt. If cargo insurance is in place we guide you through the claim, and if you would like cover, tell us before despatch.

Absolutely. Even a single sample carton is worth asking about and we will find the cheapest route. Most customers start small.
